Warnecke Haus

The house is absolutely perfect. The inside is fresh, clean, and organized. Plenty of room for all. The outside is perfect for family/friend activities. Hot tub, fire pit, bbq area. The safety of the gate surrounding the property offered privacy and security. The host was kind and very informative. Communication was instant when I had questions. I would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting New Braunfels.

Lovely home, tastefully decorated. Clean and inviting. Wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces. One of my favorite Vrbos I’ve stayed in. The hot tub was awesome, showers had great water pressure, lots of comfortable seating inside & out. The only items I’d suggest adding are additional large coffee mugs, and a hairdryer. I brought mine just in case, but usually a dryer is available on site.

Perfect location! Loved deer watching in the morning drinking coffee. Easy access to Comal. Highly recommend

My family and I gathered at the river to celebrate my late son’s birthday because he loved floating the river. This property was exactly what my family needed. There were many places on the property for gathering in large and small groups. Everything you need is provided by the hosts. We will stay here again! Thanks for the memories.

This property was such a fun place to stay! The hot tub fit all 8 people, plenty of seating for snores night by the fire pit, and very good room set up to flow easily. The host was very quick to respond to our questions and was able to get maintenance to the house very quickly for a minor issue (the shower curtain rod fell prior to our arrival). The location is in walking distance to fun places and you can see deer on the property! Just make sure the gate is closed to keep them off the property, they will come in.
