Schleyer Haus at Camp Warnecke on the Comal River

The house was a ton of fun!! The kids had the best time.

Great house, perfect location with river access and a pool.

The proximity to DT was good, it is across a busy street to get to DT, Float In etc. It's allowed but kind of scary.Outdoor furniture needs replaced...rode hard and put up wet.Golf cart was also heavily used. Some missing seat belts, broken pieces.There was stale beer spilled inside the island cabinet that smelled very old and rendered the kitchen uninhabitable to me. The master bedroom only gets down to 72 even when T stat is set to 69, which is the lowest it will go..it's locked

Excellent property, very clean, spacious, very accommodating for a relaxing weekend. Location was excellent, a communication was prompt and friendly, and all I ur needs were met.

No games, the house is beautiful, beautiful views, pool is perfect, it's priced fairly, and it has everything you can possibly need. However, I would say coffee maker was little outdated, the grill needed a good clean and lastly the fresh food side of the fridge seems to not be working or working slow. But none of that takes away from the potential fun the house offers. Kids will love it! Oh one thing I would for keep in mind is the many staircases, incase you’re taking your older folks.
